Operating Manual

一、操作流程

機(jī)器首次使用時(shí)要首先補(bǔ)充機(jī)油發(fā)電機(jī)組、柴油機(jī)、減速機(jī)內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑油，正常生產(chǎn)前先進(jìn)行半小時(shí)空轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行，檢查是否有異響等其它問(wèn)題，有問(wèn)題及時(shí)停機(jī)排除故障后方可進(jìn)行下一步操作。

【工作流程】

開(kāi)機(jī)：

1、開(kāi)機(jī)順序：離心機(jī)氣泵-中轉(zhuǎn)離心泵-離心機(jī)-滾筒篩-水泵-離心泵

2、開(kāi)始上料

關(guān)機(jī)：

1、首先停止上料；

2、等滾筒篩與溜槽內(nèi)物料全部排出后關(guān)閉水泵；

3、關(guān)閉滾筒篩；

4、等離心機(jī)排料完成后關(guān)閉離心機(jī)；

5、關(guān)閉總電源；

Operating process

Turn on:

1) . Starting steps:

Centrifuge concentrator air pump - transfer centrifugal pump - centrifuge concentrator - trommel screen -centrifugal pump

2). Start feeding

Turn off:

1). Stop the material feeding firstly;

2). Close the water pump when the material in trommel screen and sluice are discharged;

3). Close the trommel screen;

4). Close the centrifuge concentrator when discharge over of centrifuge concentrator;

5). Turn off the total power supply.

二、其它注意事項(xiàng)

當(dāng)本機(jī)器需要移動(dòng)時(shí)要把固定溜槽拆下后方可使用牽引車輛移動(dòng)；使用過(guò)程中隨時(shí)注意其它問(wèn)題，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)維修，若無(wú)法解決可聯(lián)系廠家。

每8小時(shí)應(yīng)給軸承加油一次，柴油機(jī)保養(yǎng)維護(hù)請(qǐng)參考柴油機(jī)使用說(shuō)明。

實(shí)際操作請(qǐng)以廠家技術(shù)員指導(dǎo)為準(zhǔn)！

Others need attention

When there is a need of moving thisMinerals processing equipment,it is necessary to disassemble the fixed sluice before it’s driven to destination;During the working period please pay attention to other problems,if any problems maintain the first time, if can not solve please contact factory for technical advice.

The bearing should be refueling once every 8 hours, and the diesel engine maintenance should refer to the advice of factory engineer.
