【小型移動(dòng)淘金車簡(jiǎn)介】

本套淘金設(shè)備為小型移動(dòng)式淘金車，是青州冠誠(chéng)重工機(jī)械有限公司獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)制作，通過售后服務(wù)、用戶回訪等渠道不斷完善改進(jìn)，現(xiàn)已經(jīng)成為一種先進(jìn)成熟的移動(dòng)式淘金設(shè)備；

該移動(dòng)淘金車可以使用小型挖掘機(jī)、裝載機(jī)等多種上料方式，適用于沙金礦、巖金尾礦等大部分地選金場(chǎng)合。

This type of machine can be feed by wheel loader or excavators,which is widely used in gravel sand mine,tailings of rock gold mine etc. 

【該移動(dòng)淘金車特點(diǎn)】

1、上料方式可以使用小型挖掘機(jī)或裝載機(jī)等多種上料方式。

2、移動(dòng)靈活方便：采用可轉(zhuǎn)向設(shè)計(jì)，可以原地180度轉(zhuǎn)向。

3、輪胎全部采用實(shí)心叉車胎，耐磨耐用。

4、滾筒篩內(nèi)部增加了多條鉸刀，增加了約一倍物料篩選行程，極大的增加了鉸洗、篩分工作效率。

5、針對(duì)供水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化：
  上料斗內(nèi)部沖水負(fù)責(zé)首次沖洗物料并且推送物料進(jìn)入滾筒篩內(nèi)；
  滾筒篩中央沖水負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行主要的沖洗工作；
  滾筒篩側(cè)沖水負(fù)責(zé)沖洗滾筒篩外部細(xì)篩網(wǎng)，防止堵孔。

6、集成度高，本輛移動(dòng)淘金車集成了鉸洗、篩分功能、分水器、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)于一體，只需要外接供水管道便可正常工作。
